Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Family Practice/Internal Medicine physician for a full-time position (Mon-Fri) with a 1:10 call rotation. The facility is a well-established, tech-forward HIMSS Stage VII site prioritizing physician well-being and work-life balance. Relocation assistance is available and compensation is competitive with MGMA guidelines. Open to licensed Indiana physicians.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility with a plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools; strong EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including exams, wellness visits and immunizations.
• Clinic volume of 15–30 patients per day; maintain scheduling efficiency.
• Call rotation at 1:10.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (HTN, DM, asthma, COPD) and common non-emergent illnesses.
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed.

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:10 call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
