Clear Concepts, Inc. in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:10 call rotation. The practice emphasizes physician well-being and sustainable work-life balance within a tech-forward environment.

You will provide primary care with comprehensive exams, wellness visits, and immunizations for patients, while collaborating with specialists and using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for patients (Adults for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma)
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
