Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Physician - Family or Internal Medicine in Valparaiso, IN, to join a premier, tech-forward healthcare facility. Work a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with a 1:10 call rotation, and design your practice around your goals.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for Adults (IM) or all ages (FM).
• Manage 15–30 clinic patients per day.
• Participate in 1:10 call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; coordinate with specialists.

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:10 call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
