Job summary

Impact Advisors, a leading healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant specializing in Physician Enterprise. You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and drive measurable improvements in provider productivity, patient access, and operational performance.

You will collaborate with healthcare clients to transform operations, leverage data analytics, and design efficient ambulatory workflows while building strong relationships with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Clinical background required (PA/NP/RN).
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred.
• Experience developing strategies for healthcare operational challenges.
• Proven experience driving margin improvement in provider settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician enterprise strategy and operations engagements for healthcare clients.
• Support and lead initiative teams focused on operational process improvement.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities for margin improvement and patient access.
• Design and implement ambulatory workflows and change management strategies.
• Build relationships with providers and clinical leaders to drive adoption of improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members while upholding company culture and values.
• Deliver innovative solutions to improve clinical and operational performance.
