Impact Advisors, LLC, a national healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant specializing in Physician Enterprise to lead transformation initiatives and mentor teams. You will improve provider productivity, patient access, and operational performance for healthcare clients.

You will design ambulatory workflows, lead change efforts, and collaborate with clinical leaders to implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Clinical background required: Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience solving complex operational challenges within healthcare organizations.
• Proven experience driving margin improvement initiatives in provider practices or clinic settings.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead physician enterprise strategy and operations engagements for healthcare clients.
• Guide initiative teams focused on operational process improvement and performance enhancement.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for margin improvement, provider productivity optimization, and patient access enhancement.
• Design and implement efficient ambulatory workflows and change management strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with providers and clinical leaders to drive adoption of operational improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members while exemplifying Impact Advisors’ culture and values
• Deliver innovative solutions that improve clinical and operational performance for healthcare organizations.
