Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System, Division of Endocrinology, has a faculty position for an Endocrinologist to join our team at the region’s leading quaternary referral center. This role balances high-complexity clinical care with teaching and clinical research in an academic environment.

You will manage a diverse ambulatory panel and provide inpatient consults, collaborating with students, residents, and fellows to sharpen clinical skills.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree or equivalent.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology is required.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship is required.
  • Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri.

  • Provide high-level endocrine care in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Physician - Endocrinologist

The University of Kansas Health System, Division of Endocrinology, has a faculty position for an Endocrinologist, who will join our team at the region’s leading quaternary referral center. This is a role for someone who wants to balance high-complexity clinical care with a genuine passion for teaching and clinical research.

In this position, you will manage a diverse patient panel in an ambulatory setting and provide inpatient consults in an academic environment; you’ll be working closely with medical students, residents, and fellows to help shape their clinical skills. You’ll also have the resources to stay active in research, from clinical trials to grant-funded studies, within our Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Genetics.

  • Provide high-level endocrine care in both outpatient and inpatient settings

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to include fellows, residents and medical students as well as certified diabetic educators and advanced practice providers to improve patient outcomes
