Qualifications

Meritus Health is seeking a dedicated and dynamic physician leader to serve as the Associate Program Director (APD) for a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a residency program within a rapidly expanding academic health system and a newly established osteopathic medical school.

The Associate Program Director will work closely with the Program Director to support the development, implementation, and ongoing success of the residency program while contributing to the broader academic mission of the institution.

Position Overview

• Support the development, ACGME accreditation, and implementation of a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program
• Assist in building a program grounded in clinical excellence, innovation, and community‑focused care
