Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting for a 100% EP-focused position at a hospital-employed medical center in Hickory, NC. You will balance inpatient and outpatient duties, handle A-fib ablations, and manage devices such as AICD/ICD and pacemakers onsite.

Expect around 15–18 clinic patients daily and 3–4 procedures, supported by an EP APP and regional coverage. CompHealth will assist with salary negotiation, licensing, and interviews.

Qualifications

• 100% EP-focused role with a balanced inpatient/outpatient mix.
• A-fib ablations required; complex ablations a plus.
• Perform device management including AICD/ICD and permanent pacemakers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide EP care in a hospital-employed, not-for-profit medical center.

Located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Hickory has a temperate climate and abundance of natural resources. You will be just minutes from Lake Norman, the largest lake in North Carolina with upscale lake shore communities, eateries, and recreational opportunities. You will also be close to both Charlotte and Asheville.

• Monday - Friday schedule with no EP-specific call requirement
