Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO with residency completed and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including exams, evaluations and treatment.
• Maintains medical records and reports as needed.
• Prescribes medications and refers to specialists when appropriate.
• Supervises physician assistants/nurse practitioners and reviews treatment plans.
• Covers after-hours calls and participates in care coordination and transitions of care.
