Job summary

Gillette Children's is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Physician Compensation Program Specialist to join our team, serving as the primary physician-facing partner for the compensation program.

The role includes coaching physicians, communicating performance data, and aligning incentives with organizational goals while collaborating with analytics, revenue cycle, and leadership teams. A strong background in physician compensation and data interpretation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare admin or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in physician relations, provider education, healthcare administration, or direct engagement with physicians.
• Experience with performance-based compensation models in medical groups, hospitals, or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce and interpret compensation and productivity reports for physician-facing delivery.
• Communicate performance reports clearly to physicians and leaders.
• Act as liaison between physicians, analytics, and revenue cycle teams; address questions and feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and stay informed on FMV guidelines and regulatory considerations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
