Job summary

Gillette Children’s seeks a part-time Physician Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle team. The role focuses on RVU calculations, crosswalks, and compensation impact modeling for a performance-based program.

You will partner with compensation program specialists, coding, and HR, delivering auditable analyses and dashboards to support budgeting and planning. This is a 0.5 FTE position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis, revenue cycle analytics, medical coding/billing data, or provider compensation analytics.
• Experience with productivity or performance-based data in a medical group, hospital, or health system.

Responsibilities

• RVU & Productivity Data Management: pull, reconcile, and maintain CPT/HCPCS volume data; build CPT-to-wRVU crosswalk; calculate provider- and specialty-level wRVUs.
• Ongoing Impact Modeling: model productivity and compensation impact of RVU or coding changes; produce scenario comparisons.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: build and maintain performance and productivity reports; dashboards in Excel/Power BI; support budgets and year-over-year comparisons.
• Data Integrity, Documentation & Compliance Support: validate data consistency; document methodology; participate in salary data submissions.
• Other: act as data resource for Physician Compensation Program Specialist; coordinate with IT/Data Analytics.
• Relationship Building: build relationships across the organization to focus on patients and customers.
• Manage Change: lead and support adaptation to ongoing change.
