Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee Physician Multispecialty Coding teams and manage related projects. You will ensure workflows are documented, train staff, and prepare leadership reports to track metrics.

This role requires 7+ years in medical coding, CPC certification, strong communication, and excellent organization to drive large-scale coding initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPC certification from AAPC is required.
• 7+ years' experience in medical coding is required.
• Experience managing large projects with 20+ coders is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

What You Will Do:

Salary Range

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
