Are you a passionate recruiter with a knack for connecting top healthcare talent with meaningful careers? PeaceHealth is looking for a Physician & Clinician Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in OR, WA, or AK who are ready to make a difference in healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and clinicians across PeaceHealth’s network.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source top talent using innovative tools, networks, and high-touch engagement.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and candidate pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring experience.
• Represent PeaceHealth at recruitment events and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, STARK/Anti-Kickback regulations, and union environments.
• Preferred: CPRP, PHR, SPHR, RACS, or RACR certifications.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $77,584 – $116,313 annually. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
