Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Licensed Clinician in Oregon. The Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual and group therapy sessions. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Clinician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and contribute to the overall well-being of clients.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in Oregon
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
