At Concentra, our Medical Directors spend most of their time clinically treating patients; the remaining time focuses on quality improvements and building the center business with the Center Leadership Team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Lead healthcare management to ensure optimal clinical outcomes, collaborating with therapists and specialists
• Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements
• Create a professional and collaborative work environment
• Work with leadership to implement continuous improvements
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers
• Manage staffing levels with clinic leadership
• Promote Concentra values among colleagues
• Foster collaboration, safety, quality care, and recognition
• Contribute to financial management and clinic metrics

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Unrestricted DEA and dispensing licenses (required before start)
• Eligibility for Medicare participation
• Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty (preferred)
• FMCSA NRCME certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain

• Work hours M-F, 8-5, no nights or weekends, with 30+ days off annually
