Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens coverage in Fresno, CA. Start ASAP with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule in an outpatient clinic, handling routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and urgent eye care.

Credentialing is 45–60 days; CPR and Glaucoma Certification are required, along with an active California license. EMR is EPIC. AMN provides travel/lodging support and highly competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine eye exams and assess ocular health.
• Conduct contact lens fittings and manage eye emergencies.
• Provide patient counseling and follow-up as needed.
