Job description

St Luke's Children's Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine in Boise is seeking a BC / BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team.

Our team currently includes four board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists, two clinical psychologists, six onsite therapists, four full-time RNs, a full-time MA, a Care Coordinator, and five administrative staff. Clinic hours are from 8 to 5, Monday through Friday, with physicians working four days in clinic and one administrative day.

We operate under a co-management model, collaborating with primary and specialty care providers to manage patients. Physicians see patients for 90-minute new consults and 30-minute follow-ups, sharing patients and providing ongoing updates and consultations.

Our services include an onsite Partial Hospitalization Program and an Intensive Outpatient Program. We support integrated mental and behavioral health, with therapy integrated into primary and specialty care. The Children's Mental Health team is part of a broader team including Developmental Pediatrics and Neurobehavioral Psychology. Our programs are growing and well-supported by the hospital system.
