Job Requirements:

The Physician will have the following requirements:

1. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
2. Provide services that meet the American Board of Internal Medicine Guidelines
3. Any State License
4. 3 years' experience
5. BLS/ACLS/PALS
