An established healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Cardiologist to join their team within the Battle Creek and Saginaw locations. The VISN 10 National Cardiology Hub and Spoke Network is recruiting for a Cardiologist position within the Battle Creek Spoke and Saginaw Spoke locations. The Cardiologist functions as a clinical expert and is responsible and accountable for all elements of patient direct care.
To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements and any additional requirements listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending completion of training or licensing may be considered tentatively but cannot be hired until all requirements are met. Existing VA physicians who met the requirements at their initial appointment are deemed to have met the basic requirements.

The successful candidate will have clinical responsibilities at designated spoke facilities, including outpatient consultative cardiology, non-invasive study interpretation, and consultative services. They must be capable of interpreting ECGs, Holter/event monitors, echocardiograms, and treadmill stress tests.
