Job Description: Cardiolog Billing Review Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review billing errors and edits related to cardiology claims.
• Work with clearing house rejections and ensure claims are billed within 24 hours.
• Accurately enter patient demographics, guarantor, and insurance details.
• Enter charges with appropriate service and procedure codes.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Update daily workflow forecasts with challenges and issues.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of physician cardiology billing experience.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical skills: Excel, Payer Portals, Claims Clearinghouses.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and payer-specific requirements.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

This position is open to applicants authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $21.00, based on experience. The role is eligible for an annual incentive program.
