In this role, the successful candidate will review billing errors and edits related to cardiology, work with clearing house rejections, and ensure claims are billed within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of patient demographics, guarantor details, insurance information, and charges.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Propose process improvements and update workflow challenges daily.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in physician cardiology billing.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical skills: Excel, Payer Portals, Claims Clearinghouses.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $19.00 - $21.00, depending on experience. Eligible for annual incentive based on performance.
