Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an MD/DO with an active Kentucky license to join our clinic as a Buprenorphine prescriber. You will conduct intakes, monitor progress, answer patient questions, and authorize prescriptions during monthly visits within a team-based care model.

This role focuses on medical management with in-office work and credentialing, completing EMR notes on schedule, and adhering to clinical protocols to ensure compliant patient care.

Qualifications

• Active State License (MD/DO) in the applying state.
• Active Individual DEA with address in applying state.
• Buprenorphine prescribing training or SAMHSA designation.
• Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Board certification (MD/DO) present.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting intakes after counselor evaluations.
• Monitor patients' progress during group counseling sessions.
• Answer patient questions and manage medication dosing.
