Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Active, unencumbered state medical license in Kentucky.
• Eligibility for work site training approximately 3 months after credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting intakes after evaluation by counselor.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress during group counseling.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly patient visits.
