Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established team at the Bellevue Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong interdisciplinary support and access to comprehensive onsite services.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• 40hrs/wk
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call coverage: 1:35
  • Approximately 0-1 weeknight per month
  • Typically 2-3 weekends per year
• Urgent Care located onsite
• Opportunity to work with and teach medical students

OB opportunities available, not required
