Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established and growing clinic in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. Located in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Greater Green Bay area, this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a team-based, patient-centered environment that values provider wellness, clinical excellence, and strong community connections.

Our Ashwaubenon clinic offers a collaborative culture, experienced support staff, and convenient access to specialty care, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enjoying an outstanding quality of life.

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • 32 patient-facing hours
  • Typically a 4-day work week
• Manageable patient panel with opportunity for growth
• Outpatient Family Medicine
• OB opportunities available, not required
• Care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatrics)
• Team-Based Care Model designed to support efficiency and provider satisfaction
• Collaborative environment with experienced physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families throughout the community
