Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Nutrition Therapy professional to deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy within obesity medicine. You will perform nutrition assessments, diagnose nutrition needs, and craft personalized care plans with education for lasting lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities include ongoing monitoring, adjusting strategies for metabolic health, and collaborating with the care team.

Competenze

• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification by the State of Wisconsin, if not already certified, required within two months of hire.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred.

Responsible for providing individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) within lifestyle and obesity medicine, including comprehensive nutrition assessments, determination of nutrition diagnosis(es) , and personalized care plans. Develops and implements evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions, including individualized and group education, to support sustainable behavior change, healthy weight management, obesity prevention and treatment, and the management of obesity-related comorbidities. Provides ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reassessment of patient progress, adjusting nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimize metabolic health, improve clinical outcomes, and promote long-term health and well-being.

Job Specifics:

Location:3263 Eaton Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311
FTE Status:Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
Work Schedule:Days. 7:30-5:30. Monday-Friday (Day off TBD). No Call. No weekends. No holidays.
