Medrina is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Jacksonville SNF team. The role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery and stroke management, working with a lead provider in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates have an active FL PA license and DEA license, with 1 year of clinical PA experience in SNF or geriatrics. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule in a full‑time, on‑site setting.

Qualifications

• Florida PA license is required.
• DEA license must be current or obtainable before start.
• Minimum 1 year of PA experience in SNF/geriatrics or rehab preferred.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to SNF patients with assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Manage orthopedic rehab, post-stroke care and chronic pain cases.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
