Job description

In this role they will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Experienced is preferred.

• Schedule will consist of 4/10s
• Performance Incentives
• Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
• $3,500 Professional Development Fund
• 5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTO
