Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an Advance Practice Provider for our Primary Care Boise team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.

Experience is preferred, with a supportive, inclusive culture and strong team collaboration. The role offers a 4/10 schedule, performance incentives, malpractice tail coverage, a $3,500 Professional Development Fund, and 5 CME days
