Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient center in Erlanger, KY on a per diem PRN basis. Shifts are Mon-Fri business hours with Saturday half days available. Training, tail coverage malpractice, and a 401(k) with company match are provided.

Must have an unrestricted license in the state, DEA, DOT/FMCSA, and Medicare eligibility, with 2–5 years in primary/occupational/urgent or emergency medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency medicine setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat Center patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
• Complete all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
• Call client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status.
• Call patients to ensure their well-being as needed following center visits.
• In the absence of Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues.

Shifts available to cover are Mon-Fri business hours and Saturday half days.
