About the Group

A privately owned, tropical healthcare group is seeking a Physician Assistant / PA to work in a pain management setting located in Tamuning, Guam. Founded in 1999, the group has 1 main location, 160 employees, 12 physicians, 9 radiologists, and 3 interventionalists. The group offers various outdoor activities including hiking, scuba diving, and hunting.

Your Role

• Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm; no call, no weekends.
• See an average of 16‑20 patients per day, including new consultations and follow‑ups.
• High percentage of active duty military and veteran patients.
• Patients with a variety of pain management issues.
• Focus on interventions; medication management is discouraged.
• Work with a team that includes 1 PA, 1 PM&R specialist, and 1 PM&R physician.
