Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Radiology team in Tamuning, Guam. This full-time position offers a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00) with no on-call requirements and patient volume of 20–25 daily.

Responsibilities

• See 20-25 patients per day in a full-time IR setting.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., no on-call.
• Perform IR procedures: IR light (paras/thoras, tube placement, replacement, removal).
• Perform biopsies (thyroid, renal, liver, lung, prostate, etc.).
• Conduct vascular work: fistulograms and lower extremity angiograms.
• Administer interventional pain injections (large joints; spine if capable).
• Provide E&M visits for all procedures except interventional pain.

The group was founded in 1999, has one main location, 160 employees, and a team of interventional and diagnostic radiologists. Your Role

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. No on‑call, occasional Saturday emergencies.

Expect to see 20‑25 patients per day.

Main procedures/patients seen:

• IR light (paras/thoras, tube placement, replacement, removal)
• Biopsies (thyroid, renal, liver, lung, prostate, etc.)
• Vascular (fistulograms and lower extremity angiograms)
• Interventional pain (large joint steroid injections, spine if capable)
• E&M visits for all procedures except interventional pain
