Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 2 years in pain management to join a private, physician-led group on Guam. The role emphasizes interventional pain management with minimal medication management, seeing 16–20 patients daily, and a mix of new consultations and follow-ups.

Live and work in Guam, a U.S. territory offering year-round tropical climate, with a supportive team including another PA and two PM&R physicians.

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant license to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of pain management experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000–$160,000 salary based on experience.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM).
• No call and no weekends.

• Focus on interventional pain management with minimal medication management.
• Join an experienced team including another PA and two PM&R physicians.
