Job summary

NP Now is seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Radiology team in Tamuning, Guam. This full-time position involves seeing 20–25 patients per day with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and no on-call duties.

We offer a competitive salary of $220,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, and relocation support. Flight to Guam for the entire family and assistance with the first month's rent are also provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Physician Assistant / PA required.
• Experience with interventional procedures is preferred.
• Ability to see an average of 20–25 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Interventional Radiology.
• Perform biopsies, vascular procedures, and interventional pain management.
• Work full time, Monday-Friday with no call.

Your Role with the Company

Full time, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. No call—rare Saturday for emergent cases. APP will see on average 20–25 patients per day.

Main Procedures / Patients Seen

• IR light (paras/thoras, tubes placements/replacements/removals)
• Biopsies (thyroid, renal, liver, lung, prostate, etc.)
• Vascular (fistulograms and LE angiograms)
• Interventional pain (large joint steroid injections, spine too if capable)
• E&M visits for all of the above except interventional pain
