MultiCare Health System is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join the Otolaryngology (ENT) practice at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA. Responsibilities include providing consultations, performing procedures, and assisting in surgeries within both clinic and hospital settings.

Successful candidates must possess a WA State license and relevant certifications. We offer a competitive salary of $155,600 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Washington State as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Necessary credentials and privileges for Capital Medical Center.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority in WA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consults and emergency department consults.
• Conduct clinic consults and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and families about care.

Job description

Position Summary

Application in the Otolaryngology (ENT) practice at Capital Medical Center. Provide consultations, perform procedures, and assist in surgery. Work is both in the clinic and hospital and may include second ED call.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consults, ED consults, rounding
• Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
• Patient & Family education
• Pre & Post Op visits
• In-basket Management

Requirements

• WA State Physician Assistant license or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license required
• Credentials and privileges required at Capital Medical Center
• WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
• BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA, required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $155,600.00 - $155,600.00 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
