Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies as appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients.
• Identify conditions requiring physician or specialty consultation and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation within the electronic medical record.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative healthcare team. This position offers a highly desirable daytime schedule with flexibility for either a 3- or 4-day workweek.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

32 hours per week

Flexibility to consider a 3-day-per-week schedule (24 hours) if preferred

No Friday hours

What You’ll Do
