Job summary

Elios Healthcare in South Bend, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care role. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with 35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours weekly.

Qualifications
