Elios Healthcare in South Bend, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care role. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with 35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours weekly.

No nights or weekends, and a strong collaborative team supports you. The successful candidate will have passion for community health and caring for underserved patients, with a competitive total compensation package including salary and bonus.

Formación

• Candidate must be NP or PA with active license.
• Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience preferred.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork skills are essential.
