Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Physician Assistant for an employed position at AMG MDVIP Zionsville Primary Care in Zionsville, IN. The role offers full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00PM), outpatient setting, and a 24/7 call structure with minimal volume, supported by a nonprofit health system.

You will conduct wellness exams with extended appointments (30-60 minutes), help lead proactive wellness programs, and maintain a manageable patient panel (300-600).

Qualifications

• Board certified Physician Assistant (PA) prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date.
• NCCPA credentialing obtained prior to hire date.
• Graduate of an accredited PA program; master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness exams with extended appointments (30–60 minutes).
• Deliver acute care visits and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Lead a proactive wellness model with a membership-based clinical approach.
• Manage a small patient panel (cap 300–600) to ensure continuity of care.
