Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Orthopedic Surgery department in Austin, TX. This on-site role focuses on diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions and assisting in surgical planning and care.

The ideal candidate will have board certification, Texas licensure, and a minimum of two years in Orthopedic Surgery, with a desire to grow a practice and work independently alongside the Orthopedic Surgeon.

Qualifications

• Board Certification and TX medical license in good standing.
• At least two years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Ability to diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions and perform surgical support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, including total joint replacements.
• Provide surgical treatment for fractures and sports injuries.

This position will work within the Orthopedic department. The new Orthopedic Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat an array of orthopedic care while diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions, including total joint replacement. Provide surgical treatment for fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal ailments. The ultimate goal is to return the patient back to pain-free movement and full strength. The ideal candidate should have exceptional clinical skills and must have a desire to grow a practice and work independently while assisting the Orthopedic Surgeon. We require Board Certification, licensed to practice in Texas and have at least two years of experience working within Orthopedic Surgery.
