• Rotating on-call responsibilities.

A successful candidate would have at least 2+ years of experience in orthopedic and/or spine surgery. This job is strictly a surgical only position with no clinic time. What will you do:

• Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room
• Positions and drapes the patient under the direction of the surgeon
• Suturing and retracting of all tissue layers

What do you need:

• 2+ years experience functioning as a surgical first assist in orthopedic surgery
• Current Texas State License
• Board certified by NCCPA
• Active BLS and ACLS
