Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support a Vascular Surgery outpatient clinic. You will perform patient assessments, manage follow-ups, and work closely with surgeons and PAs/NPs to deliver high-quality vascular care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule with no on-call, weekend, or OR duties, located in Danville, PA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-approved Physician Assistant program, certified or eligible by the NCCPA and State Board of Medicine.
• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner, with eligibility for state licensure and national certification.
