Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Danville, PA seeks a healthcare professional to join the Vascular Surgery outpatient team. You will provide outpatient vascular care and work closely with surgeons and providers in a supportive, non-surgical role.

This role emphasizes collaboration, independent clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach within a team-oriented environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an ARC-approved PA program, NCCPA certified or eligible, and PA licensure in Pennsylvania.
• For NP path: master’s degree, national certification, and PA licensure eligibility.
• Experience with relevant patient populations is required.
