Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Des Peres is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles, delivering high-quality patient care in our modern, provider-friendly centers. You will collaborate with Rad Techs and Medical Assistants to ensure efficient, compassionate care.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus up to $15K, competitive base salary + bonuses, day-one benefits (PTO, health/dental/vision/CME), retirement with employer match, relocation support, PSLF

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months full-time experience as NP/PA in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints) and reading EKGs/X-rays
• NP: AANC or AANP certification; PA: NCCPA certification

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
