Job summary

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Chesterfield, MO seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our urgent care network. You will provide high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers, with a collaborative team and access to imaging, labs, and a fully integrated EMR (Epic).

We offer competitive salary and hourly rates plus bonuses, including a sign-on bonus up to $15K, relocation if applicable, and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months full-time experience as NP/PA in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients is required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints) and radiology reads (EKG/X-ray).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
• Collaborate with Rad Techs and Medical Assistants to support efficient patient flow.

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly andbased on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
