Job summary

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles in our modern centers.

We offer a highly competitive sign-on bonus up to $15K, lucrative salary and hourly rates, monthly patient-volume bonuses, and quarterly bonuses based on quality and satisfaction measures. Benefits start day one, including PTO, health/dental/vision, CME, and retirement plans; PSLF eligibility and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• 18 months of full-time NP/PA experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints); prelim reads on EKGs and X-rays
• PA: Master’s degree with NCCPA certification; NP: Master’s with NP certification

• Deliver high-quality patient care in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures and assist with diagnostic reads (EKG, X-ray) as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus: Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days! MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
