Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active New Jersey PA or NP license.
• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Perform comprehensive urgent care examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing, laceration repair, I&D, splinting, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
