Job summary

HCRC consulting in Maryland is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a high‑quality interventional pain management practice serving Anne Arundel and Baltimore County.

You will conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and support pain management and medications. Collaboration with physicians and other providers is essential for delivering comprehensive care and ensuring positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently.
• Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with pain management and medication management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
