Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Baltimore, MD. Urgently Hiring.

$155K – $180K Total Compensation | Anne Arundel & Baltimore County | No Nights • No Weekends • No Call

We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. Duties

• Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with pain management and medication management
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
• Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
