One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Miles City, MT/Glendive clinics. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!

Location: Miles City/Glendive

Schedule: Full-time | 2-3 days in Miles City/ 1-2 days in Glendive

Salary: $105,083 - $123,905/year (DOE) * New grad will come in at $105,083

About the Role

As a PA or NP at One Health, you will:

Qualifications
  • Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
  • Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience
