Job summary

One Health is looking for a Medical Assistant I to join our Glendive clinic team. This is an entry-level role with training provided to support patients and providers in daily clinical activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with examinations, entering data in the EHR, and preparing rooms. Growth opportunities exist through a career pathway and potential pay increases with certification or advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• CMA, RMA, or CNA license is a plus.
• Two years' experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.

One Health, a community health nonprofit, is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our clinic team! If you have experience working with patients, we'd love to hear from you. Don’t have healthcare experience? No problem! This is a fantastic entry level position to help get your foot in the door if your career goals involve healthcare. We will provide the necessary tools and training to be successful.

Position: Medical Assistant I

Location: Glendive, MT

Type: Full-Time: 40 hrs/week

Salary: $18.80-$19.58/hr

Key Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Two year's Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an FQHC or similar environment is preferred.
